Here are all the awesome things to do in Dubai this week.

Sweat it up in a renowned fitness studio

London’s famous ‘King of Gyms’ is coming to Dubai this week as 1Rebel opens its doors inside DIFC’s ICD Brookfield Place, inviting fitness fans to sweat it out in an 11,500 square foot space. The new 1Rebel Dubai has the same fitness studio, nightclub vibe of its British counterparts, and focuses on two of their signature high-intensity workouts: Reshape and Ride. The brand is synonymous with pairing fast workouts with LED strobe lights and epic playlists, so you can be assured of a full body workout in a fun environment. Reshape will offer a mix of treadmill and weights, while Ride is 1Rebel’s take on a spin class. The DIFC studio is also home to the brand’s first and only open gym floor, where you can conduct your own workout using TechnoGym equipment, free weights and the strength zone.
